DIGITAL BRAND PROTECTION / SERVICE INTRODUCTION

Your brand is visible.
So is its misuse.

Continuous digital brand monitoring, human-validated findings, and a complimentary three-week trial.

A lookalike domain, a fake social profile, or an unauthorised application can borrow the trust you have spent years building. Customers may encounter the impersonation before anyone inside your organisation knows it exists.

Finding more results is only part of the answer. The useful outcome is a relevant, validated finding that reaches the right person in time for an informed response. CyberSolace’s Digital Brand Monitoring service combines continuous monitoring technology, human analyst review, and a secure cloud-based portal, while keeping response decisions with you.

COMPLIMENTARY LAUNCH OFFER

THE EXECUTIVE BRIEF

Visibility, validation, and control.

  • Monitor agreed domains and brand identifiers across relevant public digital channels.
  • Receive findings reviewed by analysts, rather than a raw queue of automated matches.
  • Use the portal to review evidence, prioritise issues, and decide which actions CyberSolace should pursue.

01

Your brand extends beyond your own website.

An impersonation does not need access to your systems to harm trust in your organisation. It can appear on a separately registered domain, a social platform, a marketplace, or an application store. Monitoring the website you own will not necessarily reveal how your identity is being used elsewhere.

WHAT WE MONITOR

Eight views of your digital exposure.

01

Domains

Lookalike and impersonating domains that may be mistaken for yours.

02

Phishing sites

Websites using your identity to target customers, staff, or business partners.

03

Social profiles

Fake accounts and unauthorised use of brand identity on social platforms.

04

Brand assets

Misuse of logos, images, trademarks, names, and other agreed identifiers.

05

Applications

Counterfeit or misleading mobile applications.

06

Marketplaces

Potential misuse across marketplaces and commercial platforms.

07

Trusted identities

Impersonation involving executives, employees, and people others expect to trust.

08

Emerging web activity

New discoveries from public sources as monitoring continues.

Coverage is agreed around the assets and channels in scope. A monitoring service does not guarantee discovery of every misuse on the internet.

The service draws on hundreds of billions of indexed web pages and digital assets, alongside domain intelligence, social media, marketplaces, and other relevant channels. Frequent scanning helps surface new activity rather than relying only on an occasional search or an old list of suspicious sites.

02

Human review makes the findings more useful.

An automated match can be a genuine threat, a legitimate partner, an unrelated organisation with a similar name, or an uncertain result that needs more investigation. Sending every match to a customer simply moves the sorting work into their business.

Potential findings in the service are reviewed by experienced analysts before being presented to customers. That validation layer is intended to reduce irrelevant results and make the items needing attention easier to identify. It supports confidence in the evidence; it does not turn every unfamiliar use of a name into a confirmed infringement.

FROM DISCOVERY TO A DECISION

Monitoring

What was found?

A resource using an agreed name, domain, image, mark, or identity.

Analyst review

What does the evidence support?

Context, relevance, and an assessment of why the finding may matter.

Your decision

What should happen next?

Prioritise the issue and choose the response to pursue.

You retain control. A validated finding supports a decision; it is not an automatic instruction to take enforcement action.

The value is less time spent sorting noise and a clearer view of the findings that affect your customers, reputation, or commercial activity. An unfamiliar domain targeting a customer-facing service may need a different response from an unauthorised image on an inactive page.

03

A managed service with visibility in your hands.

The secure portal gives customers access to monitoring activity, validated findings, and recommended actions. You can review the evidence without having to run the monitoring operation yourself.

  • Review validated findings and their supporting context.
  • Track investigations and monitoring activity.
  • Prioritise issues according to business impact.
  • Choose which response actions CyberSolace should pursue.
  • Keep visibility of progress and outstanding decisions.

This combines analyst-led support with customer control. Monitoring and validation help establish what deserves attention. Reporting, platform action, domain disputes, or other enforcement steps depend on the circumstances and the agreed service scope; discovery alone cannot guarantee removal.

04

No software deployment. Clear service boundaries.

Cloud portal

Managed monitoring

Analysts handle discovery review behind the scenes.

Customer authority

Your organisation chooses which actions to pursue.

There is no software to install on your systems or hosting infrastructure for you to operate. Starting the trial means agreeing the domains and additional brand assets to monitor, arranging portal access, and identifying the person who can review findings and authorise a response.

Developed and hosted in Europe, the platform underwent quality assurance, security validation, and operational testing before launch. Its European cloud infrastructure forms part of the service’s security, privacy, and governance approach. Hosting location alone is not proof of every data-protection obligation being met or certification of the complete service.

Where assurance matters to your procurement decision, review the applicable service terms, processing arrangements, access controls, and evidence for any specific certification claim. Infrastructure alignment and service certification should not be treated as interchangeable.

MAKE THE TRIAL USEFUL

Start with assets people recognise.

Provide the genuine domains and agreed brand identifiers, including relevant logos, images, trademarks, or names. Identify important markets and any legitimate partners whose activity should be recognised in context.

At the end of the trial, review both what was found and how the workflow worked: relevance, validation, prioritisation, and decisions. The aim is to understand your exposure and the usefulness of continuing the service, not to measure success by a large alert count.

FIND OUT WHAT OTHERS MAY ALREADY BE SEEING

Bring your brand’s wider digital presence into view.

The complimentary three-week trial includes up to four domains, up to five additional brand assets, monitoring-portal access, and human-validated findings. There is no software deployment required.
