The UK and US have issued a practical advice for individuals and organisations on how to cope up with malicious cyber activity aimed at exploiting the COVID-19 situation.

The advisory has been jointly issued by the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

The advisory gives information on exploitation by cyber criminal and advanced persistent threat (APT) groups of the prevailing coronavirus pandemic. It covers a non-exhaustive list of indicators of compromise (IOCs) for identification and also mitigation advice.
